While working as Sr. Design manager I worked on 4 major challenges; the design and implementation of the “Playbook” design system, personalization, the creation of a live streaming video platform, and improving the ability to adapt to breaking news and track ongoing events.

Complete redesign of the homepage focused adaptability to breaking news, game nights, and major events like the Final Four and The Masters through the use of a zoned layout. Additionally, we made it easier to find and follow your favorite teams by creating a dedicated zone for personalized highlight reels, news, and scores.
Partnering with Paramount+ we launched a new video experience in 2021. Taking the same modular approach we applied to the global homepage we created an experience that allowes content creators the ability to pull together highlights and live coverage in a timely manner. Improved contest tiles display odds and live scores allowing fans to track multiple games at once. Within 30 days of launch we achieved 460k minutes streamed, 20k Paramount+ authenticated users, and 2k new subscribers, contributing to a substantial $360k increase in revenue.
